Flags and Community Moderation

TheSyndicatedNews provides content distribution platform for thousands of users. It is impossible for our reviewers to timely review each upload. Our flagging system allows registered users to flag inappropriate postings for speedy review, while preserving everyone's ability to express themselves freely and in a timely fashion.

By using the flagging feature located at the lower right corner of each post, you can take action if you feel a posting is inappropriate, by clicking on:

• prohibited - violates our Terms of Use by containing hate speech or pornographic content.
• wrong category
• not syndicatable – content which may not be syndicated by news media. Example includes books, blog-like content, stock photos with no photojournalistic value.
• plagiarized
• poor quality – spelling and grammar error, poor writing style, low resolution of images, etc.

Please provide details which might be helpful for our reviewers.

If a post receives enough negative flags it will automatically be removed (only one flag per person per post is counted).

Account of sellers whose postings are repeatedly removed may be terminated.
